Founded by HSBC and based in Hong Kong, Serai has the strength of a global bank and the agility of a start-up. We are here to create new solutions to shape the future of international trade.

Our mission

Serai’s mission is to simplify global trade, and we are starting with the apparel industry. We help companies of all sizes connect, build trust and trade. We empower them with tools and information to understand their supply chains and manage their risks.

Our logo is inspired by the plan view of an ancient Serai. The central squared hole resembles that of a traditional Chinese coin, reflecting our Hong Kong origin.
